After you publish, your listing enters moderation review — usually approved within a few hours. Free Standard listings go live as soon as the moderator approves them; paid-tier upgrades and add-ons activate once the corresponding payment also completes. Every edit you make later, including adding a paid add-on, sends the listing back through a fresh moderation review (your remaining visibility days are preserved). When a listing’s active period ends it is hidden for 14 days — you can restore it during that window — then it is permanently removed.

Identity checks are processed securely by Stripe Identity. Your government ID and selfie are handled by Stripe and never reach SUOOG’s own servers — we receive only a verified / not-verified result. Stripe keeps them in SUOOG’s Stripe account for up to 7 years; we open them only to investigate suspected fraud or to answer a request from you. If verification cannot be completed after three (3) attempts, your fee is automatically refunded to your card.If verification cannot be completed after three (3) attempts, we email you a link to request a refund from Apple, who processed the payment.If verification cannot be completed after three (3) attempts, we email you a link to request a refund from Microsoft, who processed the payment.If verification cannot be completed after three (3) attempts, we email you a link to request a refund from Google Play, who processed the payment.
