SUOOG is an online marketplace operated by CININTIRIKS INC., a company based in Toronto, Ontario. Members list items for sale, and buyers contact sellers directly to arrange each sale.
How SUOOG works
Searches can be written in everyday language, for example “gaming laptop under $1,000 in Toronto”. Every account confirms its email address, and a verified telephone number and an address are required before anyone can post a listing or contact a seller. Sellers may complete an optional identity check to display a blue verified checkmark.
Every listing is screened automatically before it is published, and again after each edit. SUOOG is not a party to any sale: the agreement is made between the buyer and the seller, who arrange payment and handover directly with one another.
Standard listings are free, with no limit on how many an account may hold. Paid options are described on the Listings & Pricing page.
Where your data lives
SUOOG operates on Amazon Web Services within the Canada (Central) region, located in Montréal. Account records, listings, uploaded photographs and shop pages are stored in that region.
Certain specialist services are not offered within Canada, or are run by companies based elsewhere, and are therefore performed outside Canada, mainly in the United States. These comprise automated image screening (Amazon Rekognition and Google Gemini), semantic search (Google Gemini), payment processing (Stripe, or the app store when you buy inside a SUOOG app), optional identity verification (Stripe Identity), automated-abuse protection (Google reCAPTCHA), web fonts (Google Fonts), delivery of our sign-in library (jsDelivr) and our support email (Forward Email and Gmail) — and, only for website visitors who allow them, audience measurement (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Google Ads). Each provider is identified individually in the Privacy Policy, together with a description of the information it receives.
Privacy
SUOOG does not sell personal information and does not show ads on its own pages. On the website, Google Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you allow them, and neither is used inside the SUOOG apps. Members may access, correct or delete their personal information and obtain a copy of it, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Every cookie is listed in the Cookies Policy.
