All prices on this page are the website prices, in Canadian dollars and excluding tax — applicable GST/HST is determined by your province and added at checkout. In the SUOOG apps for iPhone, Android and Windows, purchases go through that app store’s own in-app purchase system at the store’s own price points, so app prices may differ slightly. Apple prices include tax; the Microsoft Store adds GST/HST at checkout. The total on the store’s payment screen is always what you pay.

7-Day Auto-Bump

Instantly re-surfaces your listing to the top of the feed and shows a black BUMPED badge for 7 full days on both the browse feed and your dashboard. While the window is active, your listing is automatically re-surfaced once every 24 hours so it keeps climbing back to the top. After the 7-day window ends, you can re-purchase another bump.

Identity Verification — the blue checkmark

A one-time payment puts a blue verified checkmark on every listing you own — on every search result, every detail page, and your Account Settings. Buyers see at a glance that they’re dealing with a real, verified seller. Verification is processed by Stripe Identity with a government-ID + selfie match; SUOOG stores only the verified / not-verified result, never the ID document itself. If Stripe Identity can’t approve the check after 3 attempts, the fee is refunded — automatically to your card if you paid on this website, or by a link we email you to request it from the store if you paid in an app.

FINE PRINT

Upgrades reset the clock. Switching a listing from Standard to Extended starts a fresh visibility window on the new tier — any days remaining on the previous tier are discarded. A pre-checkout warning explains this before you pay.
Every edit triggers an automatic re-check. Editing a published listing — including adding a paid add-on to an already-approved listing — sends it back through moderation as Pending. The listing is hidden from the public feed until it is automatically re-screened and approved (usually within seconds). Your remaining days are preserved.
Refunds: what reverts, what gets removed. Refunding a brand-new paid listing deletes the listing entirely. Refunding an upgrade reverts the listing to a free Standard post and restores exactly the days remaining before the upgrade was bought — not a fresh window. Refunding an add-on simply strips that add-on; the listing stays live. The 5-free cap is enforced strictly: if reverting would push you above 5 free posts, the listing is deleted instead. How you pay, and taxes. On this website, payment is processed by Stripe and CININTIRIKS INC. is the merchant of record. All tier fees, add-ons, and the verification fee are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax; Stripe calculates the applicable GST/HST for your province from the billing address you enter at checkout and adds it to the total — an Ontario buyer pays $20 + 13% HST = $22.60, for example. The exact tax always appears on the Stripe checkout screen and on your invoice before you confirm. In the SUOOG apps, payment is processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store through its own in-app purchase system, and that store is the merchant of record. The store collects and remits the tax itself, but presents it differently: Apple prices already include all applicable taxes, while the Microsoft Store adds GST/HST at checkout on top of the listed price. Either way, the total shown to you on the store’s payment screen before you confirm is the amount you pay.
Lifecycle. After your tier’s visibility window ends, the listing is hidden for a 14-day grace period during which you can pay to restore it on a fresh tier. After that the record (including all its photos) is permanently deleted — deleted listings cannot be recovered.
